She gets very excited when she thinks Maguro is going to show Ringo his.In 7 she jumps to the conclusion Schezo wants a threesome with her and Ringo when he really wants some food.As early as Fever 2 she thinks Klug is reading an adult magazine when a risque ad is printed beside the article he was actually reading.

Accord for sleeping, before the Puyo cap can tell Amitie anything important. She wakes up and is forced into a Puyo match by Ms. Asleep in Class: Her story in 20th begins with her sleeping in class, her Puyo cap trying to tell her something.Whether the same might be true for other conspicuous Madou-Primp pairs, such as Rulue and Raffina isn't addressed. Alternate Self: Early promotional material for Fever lightly hints that she is Arle's Alternate Universe Self. The way she describes being unsure of whether the fun she has hanging out with him is actually mutual because she can't read his emotions well is very relatable, especially to people on the autism spectrum or those who grew up having a friend on said spectrum. Age-Appropriate Angst: Spends a lot of time in Sig's Secret agonizing over whether she's reliable enough to manage the festival project she is working on with her friends and over whether or not Sig actually likes her as a friend or just finds her annoying.Adaptational Jerkass: In Puyo on Stage Amitie does a couple of things in her excitement over the search for the White Wishing Puyo that she would probably never do in the games, such as punching Klug in the throat for calling the legend silly (and threatening to give him the Japanese equivalent of a wedgie, too), repeatedly tickling people to get them to pay attention to her, act dismissive of anyone who even as much as suggests the Wishing Puyo might not be worth tracking down and even trying to sabotage Rulue in a Puyo match that Arle was trying to win fair and square. She even gets a Heroic BSoD in Puyo on Stage, where Raffina cuts into her confidence so deep, she loses all semblance of her cheer until Arle and Ringo perk her back up. This trait was present but downplayed in earlier games, only becoming somewhat prevalent in Tetris 2, long after the novels were released. Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Suplementary materials often portray Amitie as having some underlying confidence issues, to the point where she needs several pep talks from her friends to keep going and not talk herself down as useless.Action Girl: While not as competent as Arle, she still goes the distance to set things right. The Japanese version makes it a little more ambiguous whether she actually meant to talk about her feelings or something else, since she additionally brings up her magical red Puyo hat having a reaction to Sig lately. Aborted Declaration of Love: In Puyo Puyo Tetris, she attempts to tell her memory of Sig something, but she decides not to, since this Sig is just a memory to help her get stronger to reach the end of the dimensions with everyone else and she'd rather tell the real Sig whatever she wanted to say, which is implied to be this.

Her heart is in the right place, and though she's better at reacting to things than Raffina or Sig, she still ends up jumping to wrong conclusions. The protagonist of the Fever series, Amitie is nice, dreams of becoming a great magician, but is a bit ditzy.
